Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited PRCL is looking for applications from qualified, educated, and dynamic individuals to fill the vacant seats of Executive Management and Management Associate. There is a need for these posts in Underwriting, Claims, Tax, Training & Development, Human Resources, Legal, Liaison, Investment, Finance, and Administration.

Applicants are notified that the appointment will be on a gratuity-based (non-pensionable) full-time basis in accordance with Monetized Salary Policy. On PRCL’s website, desired applicants can find details about the salary of the MSP cadre.

The requirement to Apply for vacant Seats:

The eligibility criteria for each vacant seat must be met by each candidate if they wish to be considered for the position. A complete list of all the requirements, required experience, and compulsory education, which are obligatory for applicants, is clearly shown in this section.

Underwriting positions are open to candidates who have ACII, masters, or bachelor degrees in the fields of Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Insurance, Risk Management, or M.Com from a university/institution recognized by the HEC. Apart from this, 3-year experience in underwriting will be preferred.
The same eligibility criteria are required for the post of Claims.
It is mandatory for applicants to possess CA/CMA/ACCA/ MBA from an institute recognized by HEC, as well as 3-year experience in taxation, finance, accounts, and audit functions if they wish to apply for the position of the budget officer. In order to be eligible for the position of Tax Officer, the same criteria must be met.
In order to apply for the post of Legal, the applicant must possess an LLB degree from an institute or university recognized by HEC and have 5 years of experience in corporate legal matters.
In order to apply for the post of Liaison, a Master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in HR, Finance, or Supply Chain is required, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an HEC recognized university or institution.
